He was inspired to expand his The Shave Shop & Club to include a brand that focused on traditional wet shavers AND lovers of fine fragrances.
This is an updated soap base that takes things to a new level. The addition of strangisto giaourti (yogurt), camellia oil, and argan oil are a winning combination. Changes to ratios have also improved the creaminess of the lather, slickness, and post shave. It still contains tallow, goat's milk, and lanolin, but now has the addition of pig fat for a dense, rich lather.
This scent was created for the Spanish Shavers Group and inspired by this painting. Surrender of Breda by Velázquez, shows Ambrosio Spinola, commander of the Spanish Tercio receiving the keys to the city from the defeated Dutch general in 1625.
The Tertius scent (Latin for third) was inspired by the Spanish Tercio (Spanish for third) and boasts a trio/triad/triumvirate of leather, tobacco, and oud which are supported by just a hint of rose & patchouli.
